Rev. Father William O'Maley, 1915 |  | | Rev. Father William O'Malley, resident pastor of the Immaculate Conception Church in Polson, seeing the urgent need for a better hospital, went to Canada seeking help. He induced Mother St. Joseph, Sister Mary of the Sacred Heart, and Sister Gertrude Leahy, Religious Hospitallers, to come to Polson.
