
Our Email-a-Patient service allows you to send an email message to a patient at St. Joseph Medical Center. The messages are then hand-delivered to patients by our volunteers or staff members within 24 hours of the time the email was received, not including weekends or holidays.

The Email-a-Patient service should not be used for confidential communications, including medical, diagnostic, or personal information. All messages are read and printed by St. Joe's staff. Inappropriate messages, including business solicitations, will be discarded at the discretion of St. Joe's staff.
St. Joe's does not assume responsibility for the delivery of email and assumes no liability for the email or information contained within the email sent to patients. Delays in delivery messages of emails may occur. We will make every effort to deliver your message promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery. If a patient is not at St. Joseph Hospital, we will attempt to contact the sender. If a patient has already been discharged, we will attempt to contact the sender and the message will be discarded. Undeliverable messages will be discarded.
